The lady at reception was rude, and I only learned I had a booking when I arrived, only to be told no rooms were available and that my money was non‑refundable – I felt scammed. The room availability system clearly doesn't match the actual inventory.

They sent me a message on the app saying they were fully booked and had no idea about my reservation, then an hour before I was supposed to arrive they redirected me to another place of their choice. I never actually saw the property.
