The location is good for those using Congonhas airport, but the room was very old, paint was peeling, gaps let wind in, and the towel set was extremely worn—disrespectful!

The accommodation was convenient, but I think the bathroom could be improved.

The spot is great, but the apartment has a leak, the carpet in front of the bathroom is soaked, and the room smells strongly of mold. I’ve stayed in other units in this building, yet this one clearly needs urgent renovation.
