“Terrible, staff not being helpful.”

The location was fine, but the radiator in our room stopped working on a freezing cold night. We called for help and waited an hour for a staff member to arrive; she acknowledged the room was freezing but offered no practical solution, did not offer to move us to another room, and simply left. We spent the entire night in a room that felt like an icebox, ended up feeling unwell afterwards, and the conditions and lack of assistance were completely unacceptable, so I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Great place to stay and lovely rooms. Like a kettle and tea/coffee and milk.”

The location was convenient for visiting our son, with easy access, and the room was clean and a good size; there was nothing negative to add.
