The view from the property was nice and it was close to Mall Road. The Wi‑Fi and the TV weren’t working properly, and even after reporting it to the staff they couldn’t fix the issue.

Breakfast was awful, contradicting the website and Treebo staff who promised a buffet; I only received two options—paratha and a bread omelette. On the second day, the manager, Chauan, assured me that basic bread, butter, and jam would be delivered to my room at 6 am while I was leaving, but I had already paid in advance and never received breakfast, which was a terrible experience. The manager and chef’s attitude was also disappointing.
