The breakfast was good in its simplicity, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, the doors and windows could use a refresh, as could the furniture, and there was no air conditioning in the lobby, which was a problem given the high outside temperature.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, within a 15‑minute radius of places like Catedral San Francisco de Asis, C.C. Viva, chain stores, the downtown area, good restaurants, and all the essentials you might need for a trip or repairs. The property is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is spectacular, and the staff are friendly and trained to handle events. Our room was very spacious and the air conditioning worked great. The only drawback was that the room faced the street and during the early morning you could hear loud noise (I’m not sure where it came from) that disrupted sleep, waking you up around 3‑5 am.

The cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, and the location were all excellent, and everything worked perfectly. Nothing to criticize.

El personal es muy amable, pero no pudimos dormir bien porque a través de las ventanas se escucha todo lo que pasa por la calle y, al parecer, es una calle muy transitada.
