The hotel and spa were gorgeous, the facilities superb, and the vibe was relaxing; a roof leak happened but was fixed quickly by the helpful management and maintenance team. The only gripe is that it’s a hassle to walk to reception for spa towels instead of getting them right at the spa, which would be much more convenient.

The service was nice and the buffet great. We had a problem with a smell in the room, but they gave us a new room as soon as possible; the shower heads should be replaced.

The location and surroundings are beautiful, with plenty of nature that really helps you disconnect. The staff are very friendly, and the spa is excellent and quite comprehensive.

The staff were very pleasant, except for the chef. The room smelled like sewage and the tap was clogged. There was no water pressure in the shower or at the spa, and the devices weren't working. The massage was too expensive and unprofessional.
