A metro stop is only 300 meters from the hotel. We are backpackers who have stayed in many budget places, yet this stay was bad in many ways: we had to pay double the price of the room we booked and had no choice but to pay; we didn’t receive the private bathroom we had ordered; we couldn’t get a receipt for the payment, so we couldn’t contact the booking service about the double charge; the shared bathroom was dirty and often occupied; there was feces in the toilet for several hours and toilet paper was frequently missing; the building is very noisy, waking us with people snoring, walking on stairs, and opening doors.
