I stayed close to the beach, but the room smelled like sewage and was damp; the worst part was the attitude of the middle‑aged woman with silver hair, who was extremely rude to guests.

We really liked our stay at Alba Hotel & Spa; the nearby beach was beautiful, calm, and ideal for families. The staff were kind and helpful throughout, always ready to answer questions. We appreciated the affordable bikes that let us explore Phu Quoc at our own pace. The hotel’s location and overall comfort made for a relaxing vacation. No problems arose during our visit.
