The lake views and peace were amazing.

The view over the lake was great, but the mattress was awful and they really need to replace it with a high‑density model.

The location was excellent and the view was beautiful; watching the snow from the window was spectacular, though getting to the apartments was a bit difficult.

The view was lovely and the apartment stayed warm, with the reception ladies being very kind, but I was without internet for almost three days, which forced me to work elsewhere; the equipment—electric kettle, microwave, dishes, pillows, etc.—was old and worn, and although the bedding was clean it had sweat stains, which is a shame because a few cosmetic upgrades could really raise the hotel’s value.
