The location, facilities, and staff were good. Breakfast turned into a mess; it got cramped and there was no seating when more people arrived in the morning.

When we settled in, the outside temperature was +8 °C, but inside it felt like 13 °C and the heater didn’t work. We called reception; the girls came to check and confirmed it was broken. They said they would find another free room and let us know. Time passed, we had to call again, and they told us there were no free rooms. We asked if a portable heater could be brought because it was very cold; they said no, only extra blankets were available. We went to get blankets, but reception was empty. After 10 minutes we saw the reception girls in a long corridor, and for some reason they ran away from us, so we never met them that evening. Thank you!!!

“pleasant”

I liked how friendly the staff were; breakfast was good, but if you stay several days the same menu gets boring. The beds are comfortable and the room feels cozy. The breakfast area is far too small and we had to eat standing up.

“It was ok. The room was clean so that was good”

Breakfast was quite nice, clean, and the food was good. The rooms need remodeling; the bathtub has no finish left. Only part of the water came out of the shower head; the rest leaked from the spout. The drain was quite clogged, leaving a few inches of water in the tub by the end of my shower. We had to run the water for a long time because it was brown.
