The room was comfortable with plenty of space, the bed was cozy, and the air conditioning was cool and pleasant. The gentleman who runs the dining area for breakfast is 10/10, warm and welcoming. The only drawback was that the only place to refill a drink bottle was on the fourth floor, not even in the lobby. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

The location is good, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room is spacious. It would be better if there were more power outlets in the room for charging gadgets; the USB port I tried didn’t work.

The location is great, but sometimes the corridor on the 13th floor still carries the smell of cigarette smoke.
