“Would not recommend the hotel , harassing experience”
The hotel is pretty central. We were not allowed an early check‑in and had to pay the city tax per person for four days, even though the booking said all taxes were paid the minute we arrived after a long flight. We stayed at two other NH Collection hotels and another one in Spain, where they never harassed us for city tax; we were exhausted, it was late, and we could have waited until the next day to sort it out. They also insisted we pay a deposit. They were stingy with complimentary water; when asked one night, they said it would be replenished in the morning. No porter helped with luggage when we checked out early in the morning. They need to refund the extra city tax they charged us.
