The staff were genuinely so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were really clean and the breakfast/ snacks were a great addition, especially as we were travelling on a budget. Sadly you can hear everything. If anyone comes up and down the stairs, speaks in the corridor or the kitchen you can hear it in your room. Unfortunately, we were staying at the same time as a group tour and they were very loud early morning and night. The staff were very nice and asked them to be quiet after 10pm, after we flagged it as an issue, which they did follow for a few evenings. It was a lovely place but it was a struggle to get proper rest being so loud
