The location was convenient for visiting Lake Tahoe, and the hotel offered a pool, gym, and tennis courts. However, we were disappointed that the booking platform advertised breakfast included, yet the hotel said it wasn’t included because we hadn’t booked directly; arriving from Italy made that confusing, and the price we paid for two rooms did include breakfast. Another issue was the lack of air conditioning—though it’s in the mountains, our room had a fan that barely cooled and only one window could be opened, which was their policy.

The location was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful, but power went out only in our building and didn’t come back on until about 12‑1 am; you’d expect a resort to have backup generators for all buildings.
