The staff who assisted us were so nice and polite. We arrived an hour earlier than the check in but he immediately assisted us to get in our room. He even asked us about our itinerary to give advice on which place to go first so save time. We love everything about the place. The room, the view outside and the pool

Great spot in Ubud, everything isn’t very far and there’s a big street nearby to allowing us to buy food and groceries. Staff are friendly. We didn’t get hot water the first day we had to ask for it. Also, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. About the breakfast, it is pretty basic and not very tasty
