The staff were very friendly and the location was super convenient to Termini station, yet the street was quieter with plenty of bars, hotels and hostels around. The room was a bit noisy and the bathroom was tiny.

The walk to Roma Termini is short and the AC works well, but everything else was awful—never had a worse stay in all my travels. The sheets were clean, but the rest of the room was terrible. I even skipped a shower and left the hotel dirty for the flight. The shower looked fine until you saw the head, mold and grime in the corners. The toilet was clean but clearly old. I booked because I was exhausted, yet I couldn't sleep at all that night. It was a total waste. The AC is fine if you’re into that during a heatwave.

The staff were very kind and attentive. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect, just 5 minutes from Termini station.
