The rooms are quite small, the beds are okay, and the bathroom is extremely tiny—showering is practically impossible because the shower isn’t separated from the rest of the bath, so you end up flooding the whole room. Hooks for items are missing too. The guesthouse has a restaurant; we stopped by for a beer in the evening, but the waiter seemed more preoccupied with his phone than with us. The breakfast, however, was professionally prepared and well‑arranged. Unfortunately, Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the rooms.

It was surprisingly lively and cozy in the restaurant in October, and I think everyone there was local. Still, the atmosphere was good.

“Ok, place”

The place is very pretty, the rooms are the right size, and breakfast is good. The location is nice. When I asked to be moved because of the smoking smell, they were very accommodating. However, the smoking smell is everywhere; balcony rooms overlook the patio restaurant where everyone smokes, so you can’t open the windows or enjoy the outside. There’s no lake view from the balcony. Also, when you shower, the entire bathroom floods and gets wet. These are things I wish I’d known before booking, especially given how much smoking there is in the country.

The décor matches the photos exactly. The bathroom is very small.

“Would 100% stay again! Lovely rooms, fantastic location, delicious breakfast, all at a great price!”

Check‑in was easy, the staff were lovely, the room was great, and I can’t say enough good about the breakfast. It was a great deal for an awesome night in a cute little town.
