Everything we wanted was there. The hotel is very quiet and not too large. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting Hamburg. The Wi‑Fi could have been better.

The hotel is only about 10 minutes from the nearest U‑bahn station and the highly recommended shopping center "Hamburger Meile". Our room was spacious, well‑equipped, and clean. The breakfast was tasty. A kettle for tea/coffee in the room would have been nice, but as far as I remember it was not listed in the room description and therefore not expected.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and it’s still the go-to spot for a comfortable city trip. The rooms are pleasantly spacious, the breakfast area is generous, and the breakfast itself is great. The bar is well stocked, perfect for a drink after a long day of exploring. Parking is available in the courtyard—some spots are on lifts—and there’s a fee for that. The location is spot on: driving in and out is quick, and the U3 (Ringbahn) that stops at all the major Hamburg sights, including the main station, is just 350 m on foot. That U3 runs well at night and on weekends with tight schedules, and the U-Bahn stops are also served by working elevators. I also liked that a REWE and an ALDI are right next to the hotel, both open late into the evening. :) The only downside is the typical Hamburg rain—never get used to it! 😁

The service was very friendly and helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, and the connection to the U-Bahn network is only 300 m away. Everything else was fine—no complaints at all!
