Breakfast was ok, the food seemed fresh but the quality was average. I appreciated having a refrigerator in the room and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hallways and stairways were pretty dirty and definitely needed vacuuming. I wish the bathrooms were bigger; the room could have been smaller to accommodate larger bathrooms. The pillows were not great—pretty lumpy.

The room was clean, but the hallways, stairs, elevator, and other common areas were absolutely disgusting, with lots of trash, crumbs, smears, and gross stuff. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I got to breakfast right before 9:30, but it was already wrapped up, so I can't say if it was good or not. Staff members were eating and it looked decent. Common areas are filthy. Breakfast ended early with a couple of staff members eating big plates of food while my wife and I looked for food that wasn't there; we went out to eat instead, which kills the value of a decent priced room with a continental breakfast.

OK place to stay. Wasn’t worth over $200. Was the most expensive on my 10 day trip. Stayed in much nicer for a lot less

The lobby and breakfast area were nicely decorated, even featuring a cabin‑style chair, and the breakfast itself was good; the staff were friendly. The bathroom looked a bit worn and wasn’t the cleanest, and the price felt a bit high for a Best Western.

Paying almost $300 for a Best Western of that age, with no location perks or other advantages, felt steep.
