I arrived to a nice room with a balcony, clean and well‑maintained. However, there was no shower gel, a basic item, so we had to go to the center for supplies. There was no hanging space, and the balcony photo on the website was misleading – the chairs and table were different from what we saw. The plastic chairs were plain and the glass table had not been wiped, even though the rest of the room was tidy. A small shelf in the shower would have been useful; we had to place soap on the floor. The location is terrible for anyone arriving by bus – we had to take taxis because the area around the hotel has steep, chaotic hills.
