We were very satisfied; breakfast was sufficient, with a fridge ready for us, a filter coffee machine and an Italian coffee machine in the kitchen. Muesli, cake, eggs, several types of toast and bread were available—good and plenty. We’ll come again; it’s a good starting point.

It was a splendid weekend of pure relaxation; the location was excellent, close to Lazise, the room and bathroom were very clean, the place was very quiet, and the owners were extremely kind.

The lodging is in a quieter part of town, so the environment is very calm, and there is a plum orchard nearby. The house has three separate apartments, each with its own modern bathroom and toilet; two double‑bed rooms are on the first floor, and a four‑bedroom two‑room apartment is on the second floor. On the ground floor there is a shared kitchen and dining area with a large fridge, where a self‑serve breakfast is prepared each morning for each apartment. Guests make their own breakfast; coffee, tea, juices, milk, two kinds of homemade pies, eggs, cured meats, cheeses, two types of bread, yogurt, and oranges and lemons from the own production are available. The rooms have air conditioning, which we really appreciated in the heat that prevailed during our stay. Breakfast can be taken in the garden. One can also prepare a private dinner in the mentioned kitchen. Parking is free on the closed premises. Most guests come from Germany, Belgium. It is ideal for those arriving with a dog and for those who want to go on bike trips. There is no pool. The lake is far away, several kilometres, so you need a car or a bike to reach it. Very pleasant Mrs. Silvie, who manages the property.
