A beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Bolzano, very quiet, perfect for cycling to the town center, with a great wellness area just for us; the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent—highly recommended.

The staff are courteous and try to help; breakfast is indulgent; the room is clean and spacious.

The room was nice, but the breakfast buffet was far too small for the crowds of bus travelers (3 cars each night); after 30 minutes it ran out and was only minimally refilled. The air‑conditioner was off, so the room stayed hot until midnight when it finally cooled to a tolerable temperature, and the hotel wouldn’t turn it on again.
