La ubicación es increíble, la habitación es cómoda y nueva. Antonio llevó nuestras valijas para evitar el peso en las escaleras. Relación precio calidad muy buena. Se accede al dormitorio por escaleras. Si bien hay una cocina hermosa de 50 m2 no se puede usar, un modelo de negocio inesperado en este tipo de alojamientos. En toda la estadía no hubo nunca nadie en el lugar

The place sits right in the city centre, on the first floor with an elevator. The owner is super friendly and always available. He offers to leave luggage before check‑in and after check‑out. There is a fridge in the shared kitchen. The property has two rooms, one next to the kitchen and the other on the loft (so above the other room, accessed by stairs). The place isn’t exactly clean; if you have high standards, it falls short. The bathroom wasn’t very detailedly clean. The kitchen/living area you enter is very messy and chaotic. Inside, things aren’t well arranged: door handles are slow, walls are black, the bidet tap barely produces water, the hair dryer doesn’t heat. Another issue is noise: if you’re in the lower room, you hear other guests going up from the loft stairs, and when they’re in the kitchen next door, you hear commotion; there’s crazy street noise (probably the windows are thin and blinds don’t close well), especially in the morning, we were periodically woken by the chaos below. Another problem is that only one roll of toilet paper is provided! The bed was made terribly, the mattress cover kept coming off, leaving the mattress exposed.

Great location, right in the heart of Palermo. The host is extremely kind and helpful, giving all the directions and tips to explore the city! The apartment is large and comfortable, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Highly recommended! Unfortunately one of the two bathrooms had a drainage problem and the bad odor was also felt in the room.

Location. Sewage smells, broken flush, hair in the shower, black stains on the wall and headboard. Far too expensive for what was offered.

The room was very pretty and well equipped, the owner extremely polite and kind, the location truly excellent, and the common lounge very welcoming with a coffee machine and kettle.
