The location isn’t bad, and the bedroom is fairly spacious with all the essentials for a short stay—air‑conditioner, fan, fridge, microwave, and a tiny kitchenette. The room itself feels a bit dated and doesn’t match the photos; the bathrooms are tiny, and the toilet wasn’t working. I spoke to staff, who promised to check the next day, but instead threatened to charge me extra for the AC staying on while I wasn’t in the room for a short time, and ultimately they didn’t fix the bathroom issue.

“Zero staff or service. Difficult to locate.”

It’s close to Palapas Plaza, the room was clean and reasonably comfortable, and they did provide water, though not enough. There was no staff on site to help with any problems, and the place felt like just hallways with rooms. Finding the location was hard—no sign, no lights, no reception, and I had to force open a gate to reach the front door. There were keys behind locks for each room with no instructions on how to get into my room or which room was mine. I had to ask other guests to call the owner, and overall the service was very poor.
