“Nur wenn es wirklich einfach sein soll.”
The room was truly spacious and the location quiet, and the owner was very friendly on the phone. However, there was no one on site; everything was handled via WhatsApp. In my view it’s a very basic place that’s overpriced, and its remote position away from tourist spots isn’t offset by proximity to the city center, so I’d rather look for something by the river.

“Would not recommend”
The location was fine and check‑in went smoothly. The mattress was very hard, and although the room was really big, it didn’t add value. The bathroom was inconvenient; when you showered the whole room got wet. The toilet clogged even though we didn’t put anything in it, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom and on the wall.
The spot is very convenient – close to the station, buses and the river embankment. The room is large with a good bed, the interior is simple but clean.
The host was very helpful, precise, and friendly. Self‑check‑in was a breeze, and when our kids accidentally locked themselves out of the room, she sent someone with a spare key within minutes.
