Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the room was nice, but the staff weren’t very friendly, especially at reception, and the check‑out process felt rigid with repeated knocks on the door before we were ready to leave. The air conditioning didn’t work well, making the room uncomfortably hot, and there was no fridge. The service was okay, and we still had a nice experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in hospitality and comfort.
