The location was fantastic, and it felt very safe even at midnight on our way back from a concert; the room was spacious and comfortable. However, the room was noisy—facing the street, buses rattled all night, and the bell from the nearby rotunda chimed at quarter past every hour. Aside from the noise, our stay was excellent; I slept through it, but my husband had trouble.

The odor in room 33 wasn’t pleasant; perhaps previous guests had lit candles that left a strange smell.

I skipped breakfast; the room was comfortable and safe. I had trouble entering the room because I wasn’t given the code to open the door and no one answered my call for help. Early in the morning, the work in the adjacent room disturbed me.
