I had a lovely stay! The host was incredibly sweet and kind, always available whenever I needed anything or had a question. The room offered a beautiful view, and I really enjoyed the traditional breakfast that was served. Her cousin also offered relaxing massages, so I took the opportunity to enjoy one during my stay. Laundry service is available at a very affordable price. It’s a lovely place to stay in Polonnaruwa🤍, close to the Ancient City. They also offer bicycle rentals, which is a convenient way to explore the area! 🚲🤍

The host was so lovely and very personable, willing to help plan activities, suggest items, and even assisted me in booking my bus back to Colombo. I felt very comfortable and safe knowing the place is run by people who care about your safety and want you to get the most out of your trip. The quiet area and the view of the patty field right next to the property were amazing—on a rainy day you can comfortably spend your time in the room with that view, in the dining area, or on the balcony with a cup of tea. I ordered breakfast and dinner through the host, who personally cooked during the stay; I told her a few of my favourite dishes and she went above and beyond, making many varieties that was a nice surprise. They also offer additional activities for an extra charge. Nothing to complain about.
