Clean, quiet, comfortable. Not exactly what I expected – more of a surprise. After booking, the hotel called and offered a deposit. I declined and no one insisted. Before arrival, I told them we would be late because we were walking around the city, but they called again asking if we were still coming because someone was inquiring about available rooms. Upon check‑in, they quoted a different price than what I had booked on Booking, but they corrected it after clarification. I also had to ask for slippers because none were provided, and they didn’t offer them. Extra towels were the same issue. The room was for two, but only one set was available; the second was only on request, as was breakfast. For some reason, only one breakfast was included in the price; the second cost an additional 200 UAH. Breakfast was tasty.

The price was good and the staff treated us well, though the breakfast was a bit small. Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi was down that day and the bathroom still had trash left by previous guests.

Тихе місце, зручний номер, відсутність голосних сусідів, поселення близько 23.00, адміністратор привітна, все чисте - рушники, білизна, номер чисто прибраний, відсутність тараканів та віддаленсть від дороги. Дікую!!!. Такого не було

I needed a place in this particular area, and the location was super convenient with shops and cafés nearby. The mini‑hotel sits in a courtyard, so it was quiet. The room was small and had a single bed, which I hadn’t seen in photos before. All the conveniences were available, and when the hair dryer broke the administrator fixed it quickly. The price included a light breakfast with two options. After checking out I still needed to leave my bags for a couple of hours, and they handled that well too.
