The staff was very helpful, and I ended up with a bigger room than the one I booked because it was available. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a burger and coffee from McDonald.

The location is great—just a 10‑minute walk to the metro and a handful of small restaurants nearby. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and they left a whole pack of half‑liter bottled water, which was very handy. The heating worked well and the toilet was smart. The staff were friendly, but they didn’t speak English as the description claimed. There was no breakfast; the only option was a terrible McDonald’s coffee and a sandwich, and there was no space to eat them. I was very disappointed because I had chosen this hotel specifically for breakfast. The smell of the sandwiches in front of the entrance was annoying. Cleanliness was lacking: towels were changed every day but the floors weren’t swept (I had to pile the dust in a corner to get it removed), the bathroom fixtures were never cleaned in 12 days, and the sheets were changed only once.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. However, there was no breakfast area and the reception staff didn't speak English, which made getting information a bit tricky. Still, the rooms themselves were a highlight.

There was no breakfast area, so we had to eat in our room. That was a bit inconvenient, especially in the morning. The rest of the stay was fine.
