The staff were friendly, yet the floor was filthy and slimy, a dead roach was present, and I had no shower curtain. The desk was sticky, my feet were black, and it was the worst Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at. I normally choose Holiday Inn for its cleanliness and modern feel, but this place was gritty, the gym was closed, and there was no daily cleaning or towel change. I would have saved money at a cheaper motel.

The property was severely run down, with no AC in the lobby halls or elevator. The hotel staff knew about this but did nothing to fix it, and I was stuck because I hadn’t taken the insurance.

The location was great, staff were very friendly and kind. I disliked that I slept on sheets that had blood on them from a previous occupant; this was unacceptable and I wanted someone to address the issue.
