Well designed. There wasn’t any hot water and the staff didn’t fix it, so the room was freezing. My sister’s room had hair and dirt all over the floor when she checked in and a leak in the ceiling.

The staff was friendly. The room fell well below basic cleanliness standards. There was hair everywhere, all over the bed and the shower, and even a wad of it in the corner of the room. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned. Water was leaking from the ceiling, and there were stains all over the walls and the window drapes. The drape barely worked, and the shower only ran scalding hot water, with no way to adjust it. When I raised these issues, the hotel offered to move me to another room but refused any refund, even a partial one. For a room in this condition, and one that didn't match what was advertised, I don't think that's fair. I have photos documenting everything. Guests should know what to expect before booking

The staff was very kind; I really appreciate their friendliness and attention to us. The WhatsApp messages before our stay to find out what we wanted for breakfast were great. Thanks and I recommend this HOTEL.

Perfect location, very close to tourist and/or academic sites. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are very nice.
