The staff were incredibly cheerful and always smiling – I loved that! To get to the beach you have to cross a street, but two helpers stop traffic for you.

Very nice, quiet and perfect for relaxing. Two people block the street and always stop cars so you can cross, and there’s a 7‑Eleven right next door. It’s a bit off the main action, about 20 minutes to Lamai night market.

An exceptional stay at the Outrigger: the staff were extremely friendly, there were plenty of activities for everyone, the location was good, and breakfast offered a variety of foods. The security guards who helped cross the road were great! The gym is a little limiting but still adequate, and the hotel menu food is quite pricey for Thailand.

We had a fantastic time! The staff earned a solid 10 from us! ❤️ What lovely, warm, and helpful people. Mon welcomed us warmly and took the time to help us book the ferry and arrange transport. We also got great beach tips from a lady sitting outside at a table. 🥰 Thank you all for your kind help and hospitality! You made our stay extra special. We’ll gladly come back! ❤️ The only downside was that the restaurant is only open for breakfast. It’s such a beautiful spot that we’d have loved to have drinks there in the afternoon or evening. Also, the room doors could be cleaned a bit better. Small improvements that would make the stay even nicer.
