The location was fantastic, the hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The meals were excellent. It’s a perfect spot for tourists who want to explore the mountains (many trails of varying difficulty), simply relax, or in winter season indulge in skiing madness (many lifts and trails of varying difficulty).

The value for money is superb, the breakfast and dinner buffets are very varied, free drinks are available until 21:00 (incredible), the rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Seeing my mobility issues, the restaurant waitress offered us a table closer to the buffet to make it easier for me. The garden and terrace are pleasant, and we enjoyed a musical evening on Friday night. I absolutely recommend the hotel and really appreciated our stay. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.

The shower floor in the sauna area was extremely slippery and wet, a bit dangerous even with flip‑flops.

“Excellent accomodation but too soft mattresses”

The breakfasts and dinners were lush, high quality and varied, served buffet‑style. The hotel changed the dinner theme daily—Germany, Austria, Mediterranean, Mexico—so it never got boring. Drinks were unlimited until 21:00 (sodas, beer, wine). One evening two local musicians played authentic Tirol/Austrian music for 1.5 hours with guitar, accordion and cowbells, which was really uplifting and happy. The mattresses were too soft, both of us sank in with no back support and slept only 50 % of the night.
