The Nightcap at Ferntree Gully Hotel Motel is nestled near Dandenong Ranges National Park. Air-conditioned rooms feature TVs, fridges, and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel offers a restaurant, bar, free laundry and parking, and a bottle shop. It's a 10-minute walk from Ferntree Gully's heart, 10 minutes from Waterford Valley Golf Course, and 35 minutes from Melbourne CBD.

The rooms were generous and spotless for the price. Walking around the area didn’t offer much to do on foot.

The room and bathroom were large, and a nearby pub made meals easy; everything was very comfortable. No major issues, just a stray ant and the bed felt a bit soft for my preference.
