Service was poor, no one could be reached in the property, the chef was always out of the house or busy, so despite the financial loss I didn’t stay there.

The venue is huge and well‑maintained, with no external structures to attach to and a large parking lot. The surroundings are nice and inviting. Inside, the décor is pleasant, and the restaurant has a fireplace—cozy and inviting. You can also sit outside under a parasol or in a gazebo. The large live wire is visible from the road. The food is good, even delicious, and the price isn’t inflated. Our room had no balcony, but we could walk from the corridor to a large terrace and use it as much as we wanted. There was a fridge, which was a big plus on hot days, allowing us to cool drinks, beer, or something stronger. Overall, a very peaceful location. The reception felt a bit cold, as if reluctant; more enthusiasm would help. In the room I only missed a small shelf in the bathroom for cosmetics; we had to put them on a chair. Otherwise, it was fine, but the fan was loose and could use a fix.

The place was very well situated, the room was comfortable, and there was a spot for bike storage, so it felt quiet even though it’s near the highway. However, there was no air‑conditioning and the breakfast cost 70 zł for a few slices of regular cold cuts and cheese, scrambled eggs, a bit of tomato, and you could choose between a glass of juice or coffee.

The only thing worth mentioning is the location. I’m honestly baffled by the glowing reviews because my experience was the exact opposite of most of them. The cleanliness of room 1 on the floor was far from satisfactory; if I owned the place I’d probably fire the person in charge of housekeeping. The floor was barely vacuumed, covered in dust and little “dust bunnies.” The wardrobes were a mess—one contained toothpicks, the other had a broken metal hanger. Spider webs were everywhere, right in plain sight, which was shocking. Ants were marching across the room. The bathroom earned a tiny plus for having been renovated sometime ago, but it still needs attention—the board was warped in all directions, you could almost dance rock‑n‑roll on it. To top it off we were greeted with an empty toilet‑paper roll by the sink. Overall the room is past its heyday and is begging for a remodel, though a thorough cleaning would make the flaws tolerable. Luckily we only stayed for a short six‑hour nap. The property itself has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs better upkeep.
