I was really impressed with the breakfast buffets, the bread was tasty and the salads were great – they’ve definitely improved. The staff were wonderful, from the receptionists to the housekeeping, the shop lady and the restaurant team. However, the banquet manager on 4.10.2026 seemed arrogant and unpleasant, ignoring our thanks and goodbyes, and rudely told our group it was 11:10, which was a shame because the rest of the staff were friendly, charming and professional. I also noticed the massages have gotten shorter; a 60‑minute session actually lasts only about 40 minutes now.

“Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek i relaks w znakomitym spa.”

The surroundings are beautiful, the food is good, the place is quiet and peaceful, and the spa is excellent with two outdoor jacuzzis overlooking nature – a real bonus. The décor feels a bit dated, but it’s clean and well maintained.

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The furnishings – furniture, TV, and smaller monitors than current ones – show the passage of time.
