A fantastic spot right in Santiago Atitlán’s center, with staff who were super friendly and caring—one even opened the door for me late after a hike up Volcán Atitlán. I stayed on Holy Friday, and a procession literally passed under our balcony, an unforgettable moment.

From the start everything was great; we had a booking date issue but they fixed it. Susana, the woman who helped us, is a delight, assisted with everything, and made us feel very comfortable. The place was spotless.

Comfortable, clean, and pretty rooms. The only downside was that the water ran out halfway through my shower—hopefully it won’t happen again.
