I loved the comfort of the room, it was huge and brand new, and the location was wonderful; everything was great.

The accommodation was comfortable and modern, but the rest of the experience was disappointing. The supposedly simplified arrival with mandatory online check‑in didn't work at all, and customer service was only an AI chatbot, which made communication a disaster. Facial recognition for building access worked only half the time, and I was told I could enter the room at 3 pm yet received no information and had to chase them myself. The location is poor, far from everything, and the management feels chaotic. They even force us to send our passports—thanks for the data protection, we'll skip this place.

The structure, cleanliness, and location were exceptional.

The place is new, and the facial recognition system was easy to use even for someone not tech‑savvy. The shower was good and the bedding was decent. However, we stayed in an apartment with a balcony overlooking the street, which was noisy, and supermarkets and bakeries are not nearby.
