The hotel staff are professional and very friendly, always ready to help if you need anything. I recommend it, especially if you want to ski or hike nearby; the breakfast is complete and proper, and Josep is attentive and makes great coffee.

Josep was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful with cold meats, croissants, cereals, fresh juice, coffee, and tea, and parking was easy and ample—no surprise since the hotel was not busy then. The only complaint is that it took a long time for hot water to arrive.

The service was pleasant, close, and in Catalan, and the breakfast was very good. The only downside: the pillows were very soft and flabby.
