I arrived around 9:30 pm, just passing through, and the night staff were fantastic. The day staff, however, seemed unwilling to work; when I mentioned that the bed was close to the door and made noise whenever my son laughed, she appeared uncaring. The AC wouldn’t go to high and it was hot during the night, and the neighbor’s bed was making the same noise, so I didn’t get much sleep.

The spot was right off I-77, so getting there was a breeze, and the breakfasts were simple homemade dishes—nothing fancy but fine. I didn't have any complaints, just wanted a convenient place to crash.

The room and bed were spotless, but the air conditioner was busted, the advertised swimming pool was empty, and the room smelled bad when I first walked in. There was no elevator for our luggage, the Wi‑Fi was painfully slow, and the bathroom needed an overhaul.
