Location. Heat in a wooden cabin on the roof. All stairs, no lift. Breakfast was not good. People staff were sleeping around the reception and dining area.

We stayed at the top in a wooden bungalow with a beautiful view over the rooftops of Ubud and a lovely balcony. The place is right in the center, but from the top of the bungalow you feel like you’re in an oasis. Nice garden, friendly staff, and a small restaurant included. I love this accommodation!

Very good location, about a 5‑minute walk to the Ubud Art Market and the Ubud Palace. The road in front of the hotel is a bit lively, so there are massage shops, currency exchanges, and restaurants, making it bright and convenient even if you arrive late at night. There are no amenities besides shampoo and body soap. If you let us know in advance, a hair dryer will be provided in your room. Breakfast was prepared immediately if you order at the front desk around 7 am. Some reviews say it’s plain, but we found it tasty! We could choose a hot sandwich with banana or pineapple, and the sweetness and saltiness were perfect. Fresh fruit smoothies were also available, so we were satisfied! The road is busy, so the sound of motorcycles was a bit annoying. Also, early in the morning, a dog barked or a monkey‑like animal ran on the roof, which was a little scary… The sheets and pillowcases had black spots, so it wasn’t very clean. But considering the price and location, I can understand it. For Japanese people, there may be many concerns, but it’s Bali! If you’re not a germ‑phobe, it’s cheap and conveniently located, so just tolerate it and enjoy!
