“Thoroughly enjoyed my week at this hotel would recommend shout to Champi for her enthusiasm and warmth towards the guest”
The garden and pool area look stunning, though some rooms might need a refresh.
“Highly recommended for families with younger kids.”
When we arrived, each of us was greeted with a glass of juice, and the check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. We were upgraded at no cost to a king suite overlooking the pool, and a fruit basket was already waiting in our rooms. The rooms themselves were spotless, roomy, and bright, with housekeeping every day. Breakfast offered a wide selection of Thai and international dishes, fresh seasonal fruit, a live egg station, a noodle station, and a kids’ buffet corner, all certified halal. The resort sits just a 5‑minute walk from Surin Beach, where fresh coconut water is sold, and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, and other conveniences nearby. Because it’s not on the main road, it’s quiet and family‑friendly. The staff across every department were friendly and helpful—special thanks to Dew at the front office, Fin at breakfast, and Namka in housekeeping. We couldn’t get a late check‑out, but they stored our luggage while we finished a last visit, and Dew even offered us a free private shower room before we headed to the airport—a lovely touch that made the stay memorable. For the price, it was excellent value. The only downside was a bit of AC noise, and I’d recommend regular maintenance and servicing of the facilities.
“Nul Zéro”
If you’re looking for a rundown property without air‑conditioning in the common areas, especially the dining room, and with strong plumbing smells and damp rooms, this hotel will meet your expectations. The hallway cleanliness is particularly neglected, the pool maintenance is abandoned, and dead pests remained for days. The situation was chaotic. I had to change rooms three times: the first had an unbearable damp smell, the second had an unclean balcony littered with cigarette butts and was infested with mosquitoes. Such a lack of facilities is unacceptable for a hotel of this brand, even by local standards. I do, however, commend the professionalism of Vasili and his team, who did their best to soften our stay despite the obvious lack of resources. Finally, we experienced a total power outage from 9 h to 17 h with no financial compensation offered. Given the available hotel options in Phuket, I strongly advise against this establishment: don’t waste your time or money.
