It’s a great, clean, and cozy budget spot for one or two people right in the middle of a lively Istanbul street. The flat sits very close to a lively bar, so expect noise over the weekend from the partying crowds.
I liked the location, but it has its drawbacks. If you’re looking for a quick, budget stay with minimal comfort, it’s an option. The wooden cabin lets you hear neighbors at maximum volume, and the nearby club plus street noise means someone’s yelling on weekends; we were exhausted, fell flat, and slept like zombies. The bathroom had mold that could be removed with a special cleaner.
The place is well situated, only 200 m from the tram, and the room is a decent size. The equipment is adequate, staff are available, but self‑check‑in is mandatory. The shower is narrow, the street is noisy, the bathroom isn’t very well maintained, and the steep slope of the street makes it hard for people with reduced mobility.
