The reception could use improvement: we waited a long time for the locked gate to open, and it was raining when we finally got help from other guests to unlock it. The gate’s message about the office location was unclear; please update it so future guests know where the office is.

The heated blankets, heaters, toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, and even fresh milk added great comfort. Nothing was missing; everything was exceptional.
