The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, but the toilet was dirty and the bed sheet and duvet were unclean.

We had a great time checking in; the front desk was very straightforward, gave us keys, swipe cards, and PINs, and showed us the room which was cool and close to everything with a beautiful view. The price was good and we were very happy; I’ll definitely return.

The area is great, right in the CBD, but the beds need changing and you can clearly hear what’s happening in the rooms next to yours.

“UNSAFE and High guests who try to break into your room”

I never expected to want to sleep in a park over a place I booked, and this is the only hotel where I felt unsafe. Long‑term guests stalked and intimidated us because they were high and anxious about new arrivals; they vaped everywhere during our hostel tour, and the situation worsened when manager Edward didn’t have a room key for us because a previous guest still had it and expected us to leave our belongings under his watch. We even saw another guest try to break into our room from the ceiling to get his charger. I returned to get a refund and avoid this criminally unsafe place, but Edward refused because we had booked the best room in his establishment. If you think this is just a one‑off refund, why force me to testify about this horrendous unsafe experience under your watch?
