Disgraceful! Avoid this hotel! They gave us false excuses about room damage and bad smells, pressuring us to cancel our own reservation. When we arrived, there was no damage — the hotel was simply fully booked and refused to accommodate us. They didn’t even cancel our reservation! Completely dishonest, unprofessional, and unacceptable. They ruined our holiday plans and took zero responsibility. Do not book here!

I liked the location, but we were given a room that didn't match our reservation and there was no way to swap it. We booked three beds and a private bathroom, yet we received only two beds and no bathroom. Make sure to confirm the room type before arriving!

The central location was convenient, but there was no toilet in the room and we had to use a shared one on the floor without prior notice. Water was unavailable on the second day, and there was no TV or fridge. The bathroom was not cleaned properly.
