The hotel was clean and tidy with good beds and a generous breakfast. It was very quiet because many people stay for a night before heading to the Ha Long Bay cruise. The location was too quiet.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; we discovered the hotel offers attractive bay cruises, and the manager took us to and brought us back. The location is great – close to the beach, which during our stay was quiet and clean.

The view from the room, the spacious room, the welcome and the friendliness at reception were great. The breakfast was disappointing – no fruit juice, only a coffee pot, even though we arrived first.
