In the room, at that price, there was no bottled water or kettle; we also had to pay a few extra euros at self‑check‑in even though everything seemed paid on the booking site. The breakfast was very poor—just a single low‑quality cold cut, so we had to bring our own salami, luckily we had a fridge. The four stars the hotel boasts probably come from Africa or Asia, not Europe; in Europe it would be at most two stars. The price was that of a four‑star hotel, yet what the hotel offers is a complete disaster. At least it was clean, but that should be a standard. No one should recommend this place.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was okay. Check‑in was difficult, the breakfast was awful and there was no coffee at all; it really doesn’t deserve a four‑star rating.

“Hotel Celnice je skvělá volba”

Excellent spot for bike trips, everything inside the hotel was clean and modernly equipped, no front desk but you could buy drinks and snacks with cash or a QR code, I appreciate the trust placed in guests. The staff felt a bit impersonal, for example during breakfast.

The self‑checkin was very helpful because of the late arrival. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the location was very good.
