I liked the room, the pool, and a good breakfast, but I didn’t like that lunch and dinner weren’t included, which would have made things easier, and dinner was always the same menu.

The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options and a great time slot, but the family room wasn’t ideal; the double bed was fine, yet the sofa bed for my 6‑ and 14‑year‑old daughters was uncomfortable, with a very thin mattress, and the room felt cramped with the large double bed, sofa, and desk.

The breakfast was decent, and the park and kids’ area were nice touches, but the facilities were outdated, the location and access were impractical, and it wasn’t worth the price.

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was excellent and parking was easy. However, the reception staff ignored us when we arrived as a party of five, not even greeting us and acting as if we weren’t there; we had to get their attention and were told they were rebooting the computer and to wait a bit longer. When we finally were served, our two rooms were still not ready even after more than two hours past check‑in time. I also wouldn’t recommend the hotel restaurant: service was very slow, portions tiny and the prices far too high for what was offered.
